Madison Keys claimed a dominant victory over her friend and compatriot Danielle Collins in an all-American final at the Internationaux de Strasbourg on Saturday. The World No 12 expressed her satisfaction with her performance, highlighting her ability to balance aggression with defense throughout the match. Keys’ victory was particularly impressive as Collins had been on a remarkable winning streak, with only two losses in her last 24 matches.

Keys, the 4th seed, did not drop a set in the tournament, culminating in her 8th WTA singles title. Despite Collins’ resilient efforts in the final game, Keys sealed the win with a forehand return winner crosscourt, showcasing her prowess on red clay.

Additionally, Irina Khromacheva & Yana Sizikova claimed the doubles title in Rabat, solidifying their partnership with another impressive victory.
