Defending champion KK MZT Skopje Aerodrom (Prva Liga) agreed terms with 28-year old North Macedonian-Serbian international point guard Andrej Magdevski (192cm-1996, agency: 011 Sports) for new 2024-25 season. It is actually his comeback to Skopje as he has played here before. Magdevski played last season at Pelister (Prva Liga). In 29 games he had 10.6ppg, 5.0rpg, 5.3apg (top 2) and 2.0spg (in top 3). He helped them to make it to both league and Cup finals. Magdevski also played 11 games in ABA League where he recorded 9.2ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.5apg, and 2.0spg. He won the North Macedonian League championship title in 2019 and 2021.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Donar Groningen in Dutch DBL. In 11 games he averaged 6.0ppg, 2.2rpg, 2.6apg, and 1.5spg (in top 5) in that year. He contributed to his team making it to the Dutch Eredivisie final. He also played 20 games in BNXT League where he got 7.1ppg, 3.4rpg, 4.3apg, and 1.6spg in that year. The other team he played for shortly was MZT Skopje. In 6 Prva Liga games he got 6.5ppg, 4.8rpg, 3.7apg, and 2.3spg in that year. Magdevski also played 7 games in ABA League where he got 4.9ppg, 2.7rpg, 5.4apg, and 1.4spg in that year.
He represented North Macedonia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) 2021 Pre-Qualifiers five years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 3.5ppg, 1.8rpg, 1.5apg. Magdevski is quite an experienced player. He has played professionally in Romania (CS Municipal Ploiesti), Spain (Real Madrid 2nd team and Clinicas Rincon), Serbia (Partizan and OKK Beograd), and North Macedonia (Feni Industries and Gostivar).
The list of past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Macedonian League Defensive Player of the Year back in 2018. Magdevski won the North Macedonian League championship title in 2019 and 2021.
