J.S.Kairouan (ProA) landed 27-year old Croatian 208cm center Antun Maricevic (college: S.Florida) for upcoming season. Maricevic played most recently at KK Cedevita Junior Zagreb in Croatian Premijer Liga. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 7 Premijer Liga games he averaged 5.4ppg and 3.9rpg. Maricevic also played 2 games in ABA League where he had 12.0ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.0apg and 1.0bpg. The other team he played that season for was Beroe in Bulgarian NBL. In 21 games he recorded 14.1ppg, 6.4rpg and 1.4apg.
He is a very experienced player. Maricevic has played also professionally in Estonia (Tarvas), France (Les Sables), Slovakia (Lucenec) and Spain (Zornotza).
He graduated from University of South Florida in 2020 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. Maricevic played also for Casper College for 2 years.
