Peristeri BWin Athens (GBL) added 18-year-old international swingman Neoklis Avdalas (201cm-2006, agency: Octagon Europe) to their roster for the new 2024-25 season. Avdalas previously played at Karditsas, where he averaged 2.7ppg and 2.4rpg in 21 GBL games.
In the 2022-23 season, he played at Panathinaikos, averaging 3.5ppg, 1.0rpg, 1.5apg, and 1.0spg in two GBL games. He also played 1 game in Euroleague without scoring. Avdalas briefly played for Panathinaikos (U18 League), where he had an impressive season, winning the league title and being voted Eurobasket.com All-Greek U18 Rising Star Tournament Co-Forward of the Year.
Avdalas has also been a member of the Greek international program, playing for the senior team and U22 National Team. He represented Greece at the FIBA U18 European Championship, where he averaged 12.6ppg, 3.8rpg, 4.2apg, and 1.0spg.
He has previously played for SK Kalamata 1980.
