Etha Engomis Nicosia (OPAP Basket League) agreed terms with 21-year old ex-international power forward Nikolas Louca (204cm-2003) for new 2024-25 season. Louca played last season at Frederick Achilleas Kaimakliou. In 11 OPAP Basket League games he had 3.8ppg and 3.1rpg. He helped them to win the Supercup. Louca also played for AEK Larnaca that season. But in two OPAP Basket League games he did not score anything.
He also represented Cyprus at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 Division B in Podgorica (Montenegro) five years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 9.1ppg, 7.4rpg, 1.4apg, Blocks-3(2.0bpg), FGP: 50.0%, FT: 42.1%.
Louca has played previously for three other teams: Omonia, Youth Stars, and Youth Stars.
