Ermis Argyroupolis (National League 2) landed 27-year old 199cm shooting guard Antonis Pefanis (college: Florida Tech) for new season. Pefanis played most recently at AEO Proteas Voulas in the National League 1. National League 2 will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Karditsas (GBL). National League 1 was a little too high level for him, where in 6 GBL games he averaged just 0.2ppg and 1.0rpg in that year.
Pefanis was a member of Greek U18 National Team back in 2015.
He has played previously for Pagrati.
Pefanis won Greek A2 championship title in 2022.
He graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2020 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.
