Kucan represented Croatia at the World University Games in Napoli (Italy) five years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 3.8ppg, 2.0rpg, 1.7apg.
Kucan has played professionally in Bosnia (Siroki) and Croatia (Skrljevo). His team made it to the Cup (Kresimir Cosic Cup) Semifinals in 2015 and 2016.
