Krka Novo Mesto (Liga Nova KBM) signed 28-year old Spaniard small forward Marc Garcia (197cm-1996, agency: Slash Sports) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Garcia was about to sign at Avtodor in Russian VTB United League. He represented Spain at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Greece five years ago. Garcia’s team won Gold and his stats at that event were 7 games: 4.4ppg, 1.7rpg, 1.4apg, 1.0spg. Garcia has played previously professionally in Poland (MKS) and Spain (FC Barcelona, Breogan Lugo, BAXI Manresa, Real Betis and FC Barcelona Lassa 2nd team). He was also voted to Eurobasket.com All-Alpe Adria Cup Honorable Mention in 2024. His team made it to the InterContinental Cup final in 2022.
