Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul (BSL) landed 27-year old American 190cm guard CJ Massinburg (college: Buffalo) for the upcoming season. Massinburg has played for the last two years at Germani Brescia Leonessa in the Italian Serie A. In 35 games, he averaged 12.9ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.3spg last season, helping them make it to the Supercup final. Massinburg was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Italian SerieA Most Improved Player of the Year and League Player of the Week two times.

Massinburg has also played professionally in France (Limoges CSP Elite), NBA G League (Long Island Nets), and The Basketball Tournament (Blue Collar U (Buffalo Alumni)). His team won the MAC Tournament in 2016, 2018, and 2019, and he received the All-MAC Player of the Year award in 2019. Massinburg graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2019, and this will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
