AS Karditsa Iaponiki (GBL) signed 20-year old guard Nikolaos Plotas (195cm-2004). Plotas was tested by played at Promitheas. He has played there for the last three years. Plotas also played for Promitheas earlier that season.
He represented Greece at the FIBA U20 European Championship in Greece last year. Plotas’ team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 7 games: 10.6ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.6apg, 2.1spg, FGP: 54.1%, 3PT: 28.0%, FT: 76.5%.
Plotas has played previously for two other teams: Promitheas Patras U16 team and Aiolos Agyia. His team made it to the Greek Final Four in 2022 and 2024.
