The site will serve as the team's practice facility and will include three outdoor football fields, a 150,000-square-foot field house with one-and-a-half indoor football fields, a three-story office area, and a 50,000-square-foot performance center.

The Las Vegas Raiders responded in a huge way to their Week 14 shutout as they decimated the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15.

The Raiders dropped 63 points on a hapless Chargers squad, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.

It was a spirited effort from Las Vegas who took a 21-0 early in the first quarter and never looked back, continuing to pour it on against an AFC West rival.

The Chargers had several players out due to injury, but the Raiders made sure that they competed the entire night and picked up a win as a result.

Head coach Antonio Pierce had to be pleased with the team for their performance and continues to show that he might be the right man for the job next year and beyond.

Mike Florio believes the organization has learned from its past mistakes and will keep Pierce in his current role as head coach via The Dan Patrick Show.

Florio brings up how the team decided to move away from Rich Bisaccia a couple of years ago following Jon Gruden’s resignation.

Bisaccia was beloved by the locker room, but Mark Davis decided to bring in Josh McDaniels as head coach instead.

After the McDaniels debacle, perhaps Davis will look at how the team has responded to Pierce and make the decision to keep him going forward.

As Florio points out, Pierce feels like the perfect head coach for this group as he’s able to motivate them and keep them accountable even when they’re going through tough times.
