The Washington Commanders are currently in possession of the No. 2 pick.
For months, most people speculated that they would use it to land LSU star Jayden Daniels, who looks like a perfect fit for Kliff Kingsbury’s offense.
Nonetheless, HC Dan Quinn’s recent comments made some people think differently.
As pointed out by Kay Adams during her Up & Adams Show, the Commanders could create absolute chaos in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Quinn stated that the Commanders are most definitely looking forward to drafting a quarterback.
Still, he also said that the ‘where’ won’t depend on him, adding that it was a question better suited for GM Adam Peters.
That’s pretty telling, and it wouldn’t be so far-fetched to think they could be trading down.
Daniels looks like a potential star, but the Commanders might like more than one prospect.
The New York Giants could look to move up, and they have the No. 6 selection.
As for the Minnesota Vikings, they currently hold the No. 11 and No. 23 picks, so they’re another clear-cut candidate.
The Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders could also be teams to keep an eye on.
The Commanders don’t have a legitimate starting-caliber quarterback right now, and they should definitely go after Daniels.
Then again, if a team makes a Godfather-like offer and gives them a plethora of draft capital, they should also consider all their options.
As always, anything can happen on one of the most crucial nights of the NFL season, and that’s why the NFL Draft is always a must-watch.
