Analyst’s stern message for Giants fans regarding Saquon Barkley

Analyst Predicts What Kind Of Season Saquon Barkley Will Have

It’s been weeks since Saquon Barkley joined the Philadelphia Eagles.

However, that big move became a talking point again in NFL circles this week.

In the latest episode of Hard Knocks, New York Giants GM Joe Schoen shared some controversial comments on Barkley.

He claimed that he didn’t want to have a $40 million quarterback handing off the ball to a $12 million running back.

That’s why Craig Carton believes the Giants could be in for a rude awakening in 2024.

Talking on The Carton Show, the controversial pundit called Schoen’s comments ‘stupid,’ as any quarterback needs someone to hand the ball off to, and Barkley is one of the best running backs in the game.

More than that, he thinks that every Giants fan’s biggest nightmare will be watching Barkley take MetLife Stadium by storm wearing Eagle Kelly green and going berserk on them.

Given the way everything transpired, Barkley must have that game circled in his calendar.

He wanted to be a Giant for life, and he made it loud and clear for years.

That wasn’t the case, so he’ll now have to put it on himself to show them what they could’ve had and passed on.

As for Schoen, he better hope Daniel Jones pans out, or that approach and decision could cost him his job at the end of the season.
