KK Kozuv AD Gevgelija (Prva Liga) signed experienced 35-year old Croatian ex-international swingman Fran Pilepic (194cm-85kg-1989) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Pilepic played last season at Sanaat Mes Rafsanjan in Iranian Superleague. In 20 games he had very impressive stats: 18.8ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.4apg and 1.2spg. 2023-24 was a great season as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Iranian Superleague Third Team.
He won Croatian A1 League championship title in 2015 and 2016 and the cup in 2011 and 2012.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Club Ourense Baloncesto in Spanish LEB Gold where in 33 games he recorded 8.5ppg, 1.7rpg and 2.0apg in that year.
He was a member of Croatian international program for some years. He was called to Croatian Senior National Team between 2012 and 2018 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2008.
Pilepic is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Bosnia (Siroki), Italy (Cantu), Lithuania (Lietkabelis), Turkey (Konyaspor), Croatia (Cibona, Kvarner, Slavonski Brod, Cedevita and Crikvenica) and Spain (Surne Bilbao and Alicante).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TBL Honorable Mention back in 2018. Pilepic won Croatian A1 League championship title in 2015 and 2016 and the cup in 2011 and 2012.
