KK Kozuv AD Gevgelija (Prva Liga) tabbed 30-year old American 180cm point guard C.J. Wilson (college: Young Harris). Wilson played this summer at Team Gibson (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. In only one TBT game recently he had very impressive stats: 17 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists, and 1 steal. The last season he played at Niedzwiadki in Polish 1Liga where in 21 games he was league’s second-best scorer with remarkable 22.3ppg and recorded 4.7rpg, 8.1apg (leader !!!) and 2.3spg (in top 3). He can count that season as very successful as he was voted to Eurobasket.com Polish 1Liga All-Imports Team, League Player of the Week, and Eurobasket.com All-Polish 1Liga Second Team.
Wilson is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Bosnia (Promo), Italy (San Severo), Romania (Pitesti), Sweden (Jamtland), Albania (Teuta and Goga), and The Basketball Tournament (The Nawd).
His team won the Albanian Cup in 2019.
Wilson graduated from Young Harris College in 2017, and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
