As per Diario Sport, both managers are seen as potential ideal candidates to lead the club in the future.
Nonetheless, Barcelona’s immediate aim is to focus on stability by retaining Hansi Flick as the team’s coach for the foreseeable future.

Even amid recent challenges and the ongoing scrutiny of Barcelona’s performance goals, sources indicate that club officials continue to back Flick as the right individual to manage the squad through this critical phase.
The German tactician faces the task of overseeing a long-term rebuilding effort while dealing with financial constraints, integrating youth players, and competing with rivals like Real Madrid.
To avoid further upheaval in management, the club hopes to extend Flick’s time in charge.
Arteta considered an ideal option
While Arteta’s current contract and relationship with PSG are being closely monitored, Barcelona understands that luring him back would only be practical under perfect conditions.
