Ausar Thompson sets sights on developing all-around scoring skills this offseason

TalkBasket

Detroit Pistons forward Ausar Thompson recently reflected on his rookie season and discussed his focus on improving his shooting and scoring abilities for next year. According to Thompson, he was pleased with his ability to touch the paint, pass the ball, finish at the rim, play defense, and stop the opposing team’s best player. However, he acknowledged that he can still improve, particularly in shooting. Thompson is determined to become a three-level scoring threat and is dedicated to honing his shooting skills during the offseason. He believes that expanding his offensive repertoire will make him a more challenging player to guard.
