Legendary NFL head coach Bill Belichick is back in the league, this time as an analyst after an impressive coaching career.

Bill Belichick Lands Analyst Role

After spending 24 years with the New England Patriots, Bill Belichick decided to retire as a coach at the end of last season.

But retirement didn’t last long for the 72-year-old, as he has now secured a role as an NFL analyst on the CW Network’s Inside the NFL for the upcoming season.

Expressing his excitement, Belichick stated: “I’m thrilled to join my new team at NFL Films and to work on such a historic television franchise.”

His debut as an analyst will be on August 30, with the show airing every Friday throughout the season.

While other opportunities were available with the Pat McAfee Show and The Manningcast, Belichick ultimately chose Inside the NFL for his analyst role.

Despite his desire for a different role in the league, all positions were filled, pushing him towards the analyst role.

Although his last season with the Patriots ended poorly with a 4-13 record, Belichick’s vast experience and knowledge make him a valuable addition to Inside the NFL.
