The 2024 season is off and running.

The majority of teams across the league have already played two games, with the exception being tonight’s Monday Night teams: the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles.

With this in mind, fans and analysts have started to understand what teams look like this year, and who’s shaping up to be contenders.

The Indianapolis Colts came into the season as one of the top teams in the AFC, but they’ve started the year with an unexpected 0-2 record.

With this in mind, Bill Belichick recently appeared on the Pat McAfee Show, highlighting what he’s seen from the Colts to this point.

He started the conversation by saying, “The Colts have had a tough time stopping the run and they stay in the same front for the most part.”

He added, “They don’t really make a lot of defensive adjustments and they just didn’t do a good job at all yesterday.”

Belichick has seen a lot of teams throughout his time as a coach and is now analyzing them on many networks and media appearances.

He isn’t a big fan of what the Colts are doing, and even though they have some talented playmakers, he’s not convinced that they are a contender.

Anthony Richardson has some flaws despite his athleticism, and if the Colts are going to take that next step, he’ll need to improve quite a bit.

The AFC South is turning into a juggernaut of a division, and if the Colts aren’t careful, they could quickly fall behind.
