Broncos’ Victory Against Jets Sparks Excitement Among Fans

Fans React To Broncos' Win Over Jets

After parting ways with veteran quarterback Russell Wilson during the NFL offseason, the Denver Broncos decided to take a different approach under center, which can backfire quickly for a team without an identity.

As a result of this choice being made by head coach Sean Payton and the team’s brass, the Broncos selected University of Oregon quarterback Bo Nix with their first-round draft pick.

Although Nix was the sixth and final quarterback in the first round, which turned out to be an NFL record for quarterbacks in the first round, Payton had high hopes the former Ducks star was the right man for the job in the Mile High City.

Despite two early losses in his NFL career, Nix has bounced back the last couple of weeks with two consecutive wins, even though his stat line isn’t anything to brag about in Week 4 on the road against the New York Jets.

Even though Nix only threw for 60 passing yards and a touchdown on Sunday, he was able to help lead the team to victory over Aaron Rodgers and his squad at MetLife Stadium via the NFL’s X account.

Here are some fan reactions to the Broncos pulling off the upset on the road against the Jets:

This wasn’t a pretty game by any, as the defenses dictated it.

It remains to be seen if Nix is the real deal under center, but Denver seems to have a formidable defense that might be able to keep them in the playoff picture in the AFC.
