The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are off to a strong start to the 2024 NFL season as they are 4-2 and tied for first in the NFC South with the Atlanta Falcons.
Tampa Bay’s offense has been one of the most efficient units in the league, and Baker Mayfield is having a career year throwing the football.
The Buccaneers should be considered a dark horse team to come out of the NFC with an offense that can carry them and a solid defense that is strong in the run game.
Tampa Bay will have a chance to strengthen its Super Bowl odds when it takes on the Baltimore Ravens on “Monday Night Football.”
The prime-time matchup featuring two of the best teams in the league is expected to be a shootout.
However, the Buccaneers have announced three players will not be available.
“Todd Bowles says three Bucs have been ruled out for Monday in Jamel Dean, Payne Durham and Kam Johnson. Mike Evans will be listed as questionable,” Greg Auman of FOX Sports wrote on X.

The most consequential absence is Dean, a defensive back who suffered a hamstring injury in their Week 6 win against the New Orleans Saints and will miss his first game of the season.
Durham and Johnson have played sparingly on offense and won’t be missed too much on the field.
Dean’s injury is a tough one because it weakens the Bucs’ pass defense, so Mayfield and his side of the ball may have to match the Ravens’ offensive output to come out with a win.
