Captains Picks

Canadians Taylor Pendrith, Corey Conners, and Mackenzie Hughes have been selected to represent the International Team at the upcoming Presidents Cup in Montreal. This marks the first time three Canadians will compete in this prestigious event simultaneously.

Legendary Canadian golfer Mike Weir used three of his captain’s selections to choose Pendrith, Conners, and Hughes. Additionally, he selected Christiaan Bezuidenhout from South Africa, Si Woo Kim from South Korea, and Min Woo Lee from Australia to join the team.

Adam Hadwin, another Canadian golfer, was also in contention for a spot on the team but did not make the final selection.

Pendrith ended the 2024 season on a high note, earning a spot in the PGA Tour playoffs and finishing tied for 14th at the Tour Championship.
