The No. 1 seed Baltimore Ravens are set to host the No. 3 seed Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in the AFC Championship Game with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. Two historic franchises square off and compete for the ultimate prize in Las Vegas two weeks from now.
For the Ravens, this game is a chance to further prove their dominance over the conference. On the backs of a stellar defense, and an MVP-worthy season from Lamar Jackson, Baltimore has looked like the team to beat not only in the AFC but in the entire NFL.
On the Chiefs’ side of things, the AFC Championship Game is nothing new for them — it’s their sixth straight time playing in the conference championship. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs will not be afraid of anything the Ravens will throw their way on Sunday.
If they can do so, Mahomes has a chance to get to the Super Bowl and snatch his third Super Bowl title in his young but impressive NFL career.
