The Detroit Pistons have secured Chimezie Metu on a two-year contract following the completion of his 10-day deal with the team. Metu’s new agreement with the Pistons includes a team option for next season.
Throughout his six games with Detroit, Metu demonstrated an average of 7.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 26 minutes per game. Prior to joining the Pistons, Metu played for the San Antonio Spurs and the Sacramento Kings.
