The Davante Adams saga in Las Vegas has been a rollercoaster from day one.

When the Raiders traded for him in 2022, it seemed like a dream come true.

Fresh off a playoff run, they were reuniting Adams with his college pal Derek Carr. But the fairytale didn’t last long.

Fast forward to today, and the landscape has changed dramatically.

Carr’s gone, replaced by a carousel of backup quarterbacks. The Josh McDaniels era? Over before it really began.

Now, whispers of a potential Adams trade are swirling, barely two seasons into his Vegas adventure.

Betting odds are already painting a picture of where Adams might land next. BetCalifornia.com has the New York Jets leading the pack at +400, with the Ravens, Cowboys, and Steelers trailing behind.

It’s not hard to see why Adams might be eyeing an exit.

At 32, the prospect of throwing his prime years away with Gardner Minshew and Aidan O’Connell at the helm isn’t exactly thrilling.

And let’s not forget the open secret – Adams and Aaron Rodgers have been not-so-subtly hinting at a reunion.

The Jets, meanwhile, could use a boost. Rodgers and Garrett Wilson are still finding their groove, and Mike Williams hasn’t quite lived up to expectations.

Bringing Adams into the mix could be just what the doctor ordered, giving Rodgers a familiar target and opening up the field for the rest of New York’s offense.

As the rumors continue to swirl, one thing’s clear – the Adams era in Vegas might be coming to an abrupt end.

Where he lands next could shake up the NFL landscape in a big way.
