Clippers cruise to victory over Jazz

The Los Angeles Clippers (49-28) routed the Utah Jazz (29-48) 131-102 on Friday night, marking the Jazz’s 11th consecutive loss and extending their recent struggles.

Led by Terance Mann’s 19 points and with eight players reaching double figures, the Clippers maintained fourth place in the Western Conference.

Despite the absence of Kawhi Leonard for the third straight game due to a sore right knee, the Clippers dominated from start to finish.

James Harden recorded his third triple-double of the season, contributing 13 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds, while Ivica Zubac and Paul George added valuable contributions with 12 points and 14 points, respectively.

Russell Westbrook contributed 17 points off the bench, while Norman Powell added 18 of his own.

The Clippers’ balanced scoring attack and stifling defense overwhelmed the Jazz from the opening tip, as they surged to a commanding 41-16 lead after the first quarter.

Utah’s struggles continued as they dropped 14 of their last 15 games, with the team relying heavily on its rookies amid a challenging stretch. Talen Horton-Tucker was the Jazz’s top performer with 17 points off the bench.
