Colin Cowherd Reveals Which NFL Team Is Being 'Overvalued'

As football fans, we’ll do anything we can to find a reason to talk about the NFL in the middle of June, as free agency and the draft are long gone and we have about a month to kill before training camp, so with the weather heating up it’s a good time to fire off some hot takes.

Colin Cowherd knows this better than anyone, and he recently said that one team is being “overvalued” and can’t be trusted heading into this upcoming season.

In a recent episode of The Colin Cowherd Podcast, analyst John Middlekauff said “I don’t take them seriously at all” in reference to the Miami Dolphins, while Cowherd called them a “three-headed team” that simply relies on Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle, before noting that the Dolphins “concern” him and he could see things nosediving pretty quickly if there is an injury and due to the team’s tough schedule in the brutal AFC.

Miami got a lot of criticism last season for failing to beat good teams and for playing poorly in tough weather, and it’s valid criticism given that the Dolphins got demolished on the road against the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, and Philadelphia Eagles before getting smoked by the Kansas City Chiefs 26-7 in the playoffs in one of the coldest games ever.

The Dolphins have plenty of doubters and had a tough offseason that saw them lose some vital members of their defense in free agency, namely Christian Wilkins, Brandon Jones, and Andrew Van Ginkel, while also losing Robert Hunt from the offensive line.

We’ll see if the Dolphins can turn the corner, but for now, they are great hot take material.
