Lugano Tigers (SBL) signed 27-year old swingman Thomas Jurkovitz (195cm-1997) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Jurkovitz played last season at Vevey Riviera in Swiss NLB league. In 10 SBL games he had 4.6ppg and 2.5rpg. Jurkovitz also played for Lions de Geneve that season where in 13 SBL games he recorded just 2.5ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.1apg. The other team he played that season for was Vevey Riviera. In 10 SBL games he averaged 4.6ppg and 2.5rpg. He contributed to his team making it to the cup final. Jurkovitz has played previously for three other teams: Fribourg, Villars and Academie Fribourg.
