HANTH Thessaloniki (National League 1) added to their roster 19-year old small forward Michalis Sprintzios (205cm-2005) for new 2024-25 season. Sprintzios was about to sign at Iraklis in the Elite League. National League 1 will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time.
He represented Greece at the FIBA U18 European Championship in Nis (Serbia) last year. His stats at that event were 7 games: 5.9ppg, 2.4rpg, 1.6apg, FGP: 56.3%, 3PT: 31.3%, FT: 72.7%.
Sprintzios has played previously for three other teams: Lavrio, Olympiacos and NGTPat. He played in the final of Greek Elite League in 2024.
