Dolomiti Energia Trentino (Serie A) added 25-year old American center Selom Mawugbe (207cm-104kg-1998, college: Azusa Pacific) to their roster for the new 2024-25 season. Mawugbe previously played with BAXI Manresa in the Spanish Liga Endesa and Le Mans in the French Betclic ELITE ProA.
Mawugbe, a 2020 graduate of Azusa Pacific University, has also played professionally in Germany, The Basketball Tournament, and NBA Summer League. He was drafted by Santa Cruz Warriors (G-League) in the second round in 2021. Mawugbe has a successful college career, being voted All-PacWest Player of the Year in 2020.
