GKK Sibenka Sibenik (Premijer Liga) agreed terms with 25-year old American forward Malek Green (201cm-100kg-1999, college: YSU). Green is the second import player in the roster as Slovenian Miha Skedelj signed here earlier.

He played last season at B.Braun Sheffield Sharks in British SLB league. In 20 games he had 14.9ppg, 8.9rpg (#3 in the league) and 1.5apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com British BBL All-Imports Team and Eurobasket.com All-British BBL Second Team.

The previous (2022-23) season he played at Youngstown State University in NCAA1 where in 34 games he recorded 13.5ppg, 7.2rpg and 1.1apg in that year. He contributed to his team winning the regular season and make it to the semifinals.

Green has played also professionally in Luxembourg (Sparta).

He was also voted All-MAAC Sixth Player of the Year back in 2021.

Green graduated from Youngstown State University in 2023 and it will be his second season as a professional player. He played for other colleges like: Canisius College, Morehead State University.
