Tofas Bursa (BSL) signed 23-year old Serbian international forward Uros Trifunovic (200cm-2000) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. Trifunovic has played for the last five years at Partizan in the Serbian KLS league, competing in three different competitions last year. In four KLS games, he averaged 11.5ppg, 5.3rpg, and 1.0apg. Trifunovic also contributed to the team’s success in the Radivoj Korac (Serbian Cup) final. Additionally, he played 19 games in the Euroleague and 19 games in the ABA League.
Trifunovic has been a member of the Serbian international program, playing for the senior team since 2020 and previously for the U19 National Team in 2019. He represented Serbia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Latvia, where his team won Gold.
Throughout his career, Trifunovic has also played for other Serbian teams like KK Mladost MaxBet Zemun, BC Mega MIS Beograd, and BC Mega Soccerbet Sremska Mitrovica U19 team. He received numerous accolades, including being voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Play-Off Honorable Mention in 2021.
