At the age of 45, superstar quarterback Tom Brady decided it was time to put an end to his playing career on the professional level, informing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the NFL that he was retiring before the 2023 NFL season.

Although Brady officially hung up his cleats and didn’t seem to have any intention of returning despite rumors of the contrary, the future Hall of Famer definitely had his post-playing career plans set, as he wanted to be a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders while also making the move to the broadcast booth for FOX Sports.

On Sunday, Brady made his debut as an NFL broadcaster by helping call the game between the Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys at Huntington Bank Stadium.

This was a highly anticipated debut, with everyone anxious to see if Brady was any good in the broadcast booth, but it seems as though he hasn’t gotten off to a rough start in his new career with a microphone in his hand.

Here are some fan reactions to Brady’s debut in the broadcast booth in the NFL:

Even though Brady struggled right out of the game during his first game as a broadcaster, it is incredibly difficult to step into a job like this and have a flawless debut, which many former players turned broadcasters can attest to.

Fortunately for Brady, he’ll have plenty of chances to improve moving forward.
