The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Leuven Bears B on the court of Willebroek on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Willebroek 75-62. Willebroek is looking forward to face Oxaco in Boechout in the next round. Leuven Bears B will play on the road against Guco Lier B and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another exciting game was between Vilvoorde and Ciney where Vilvoorde beat Ciney on the road 81-70. Vilvoorde will play against Pepinster in Verviers in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Ciney will play on the road against St-Truiden in Sint-Truiden to get more than just one victory in their record.
An interesting game where Point Chaud beat host Namur-Beograd 83-72 on Sunday evening. Point Chaud will meet at home Hasselt in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Namur-Beograd will play against Esneux and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Rest of the games of round 2 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
Oxaco defeated Andenne in Boechout 67-65. Winless Pepinster was beaten by Guco Lier B at home 83-91. Winless St-Truiden lost to Esneux on the opponent’s court 60-69.
Andenne – Oxaco 65-67
The game between closely ranked teams ended with Andenne‘s home loss to Oxaco 65-67 on Saturday. Oxaco will meet at home Willebroek in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Andenne will have a break next round.
