ART Giants Duesseldorf (ProA) signed 33-year old American swingman Brandon Spearman (191cm-91kg-1991, college: Hawaii). Spearman played last season at Al Salam in Saudi Arabian SBL league, but left the team in Jan.’24. In 8 games he had very impressive stats: 20.1ppg, 4.1rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3spg.

He was also voted to Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro A Honorable Mention back in 2016 and 2017.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Al Riyadi in Jordanian Premier League where in 17 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 24.4ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.1apg and 1.5spg in that year. He helped them to make it to the cup final. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week. He also spent pre-season at Al Ittihad (SBL) in Syrian.

Spearman was also tried-out by Al Wakrah (QBL) in Qatari league. He contributed to his team making it to the Qatari Emir Cup Semifinals.

Spearman is quite experienced player. He has played in five different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). Spearman has played previously professionally in Finland (Karhubasket), France (Entente Orleans 45), Germany (Gladiators, Rist Wedel and Science City Jena), Czech Republic (Pardubice) and Egypt (Al Gezira).

Spearman’s team won Qatari League Regular Season in 2022.
He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league on the market.

Spearman graduated from University of Hawaii in 2014 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season as a professional player. He was also selected to Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro A Honorable Mention back in 2016 and 2017. Spearman played for other colleges like: Indian Hills Community College, University of Dayton.
