Manchester United are facing a 2-0 deficit at Selhurst Park after Jean-Philippe Mateta scored a stunning goal to double Crystal Palace’s lead.
The Eagles took the lead in the 12th minute when Michael Olise easily navigated through the Manchester United defense, and their second goal was just as straightforward.
Mateta found himself one-on-one with Jonny Evans, who attempted a lazy tackle to stop the striker. The Palace forward skillfully evaded the defender before unleashing a powerful shot past Andre Onana in the United goal.
