Russell, known for his dynamic play on the court, attributes his elevated performance to a fundamental shift in his lifestyle.

The 27-year-old revealed, via ClutchPoints, “I’ve had my best season in the NBA when I hired a chef and I got the proper sleep, things like that. That’s all I needed to see to know to continue up with that, to know that that matters.”

The Lakers’ point guard emphasizes the importance of off-court elements in achieving sustained excellence, highlighting the impact of dietary choices and prioritizing quality sleep.

Russell’s revelation comes at a crucial juncture in the season, with the Lakers aiming for success in the highly anticipated In-Season Tournament Final against the Indiana Pacers.
