Toronto Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic wants the group to stick together and use their current struggles as motivation (9-13 record/3-game losing streak/league worst 33.2% 3-PT).
(via Toronto Raptors):
Reporter: “I know you might feel like a broken record right now, but how do you address the lack of shooting from beyond the arc as well as coming out strong in games? The energy that they have in the fourth quarter, how do you take that to the beginning of the game?”
Rajakovic: “It’s something that we’re constantly trying to figure out. We’re talking about it, we’re addressing it. We’re trying different things defensively to get our guys going, to be more aggressive. And at the end of the day, we’ve got to stick together, we’ve got to be a team. We’re going through adversity now, and this can be good for us if we use it the right way as fuel for us to get motivated and get us ready for the next game.”
