Davante Adams Delivers a Message to the Chargers Social Media Team

Davante Adams Has A Message For The Chargers Social Media Team

It’s fair to say that Davante Adams and the Los Angeles Chargers don’t have the greatest relationship.

At least that is the case after the Chargers’ social media team decided to post a video of the rival Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver and a trash can during their schedule release earlier this offseason.

During an appearance on “Up & Adams,” the three-time All-Pro went at the Chargers for posting about him.

It won’t take long to settle this on the field. Adams and the Raiders face the Chargers in Week 1 of the upcoming NFL season.

In his five career games against the Chargers, Adams has been a stud with 41 receptions for 535 yards and four touchdowns. That averages out to almost eight catches and 107 yards per game.

It might be in the best interests of the Chargers and their social media team not to call out arguably the best wide receiver in the NFL.

The 31-year-old has remained among the league’s elite even after leaving the Green Bay Packers after the 2021 season. He has five 1,100-yard seasons in the past six years with two other 997-yard seasons in his career as well.

He also has posted five 100-catch seasons, including both of his years with the Raiders.

Coming off a 103-catch, 1,144-yard season, the Chargers may want to double-team Adams when they meet up again.

Looking ahead to the 2024 campaign, Adams and the Raiders will be looking to make the playoffs for the first time since he arrived.
