The Las Vegas Raiders boast talent on their roster, with Davante Adams widely regarded as one of the NFL’s top wide receivers.

However, the team faces a quarterback dilemma, with Aidan O’Connell and Gardner Minshew II vying for the starting role.

Adams, appearing on “Speak” on FS1, expressed his opinion without a definitive preference, leaning towards O’Connell due to the chemistry he developed with the team last season.

The Raiders struggled in 2023 with Jimmy Garoppolo under center before making changes with O’Connell taking over.

Despite O’Connell’s modest rookie season stats, Adams highlighted his familiarity with the team which could give him an edge over Minshew.

Conversely, Minshew impressed enough to earn a Pro Bowl nod after stepping in for an injured Colts player in 2023.

If the Raiders resolve their quarterback situation, they could contend with key players like Adams, Jakobi Meyers, Maxx Crosby, and rookie Brock Bowers.

While the franchise has made limited playoff appearances in recent years, the roster has potential for success.
