Declan Rice reflects on Arsenal victory, embraces title race

Arsenal kept the pressure on Manchester City in the title race with a comfortable win against Bournemouth on Saturday lunchtime.

The Gunners created so many chances in the first half, but had to wait until the stroke of half time to take the lead through Bukayo Saka’s penalty.

Second half goals from Leandro Trossard and Declan Rice sealed the three points for Mikel Arteta’s side, who have just two games left now.

It’s been a brilliant title race with Arsenal and Manchester City going toe to toe for most of the season, and it appears it will go down to the final day.

Rice has been a revelation for Arsenal following his summer move from West Ham, and has taken his game to another level this campaign.

Speaking after the game, the England international claimed Arsenal should have been four or five goals up at half time such was their dominance, and that they are fully embracing the title race this year.
