During the 2023 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins had one of the best offenses in the league, with Tua Tagovailoa and company dominating the competition on a weekly basis, with scoring points not being a problem for Mike McDaniel’s squad.

One of the main reasons for the Dolphins’ success on offense is the two-headed monster at the wide receiver position, with superstar Tyreek Hill and rising star Jaylen Waddle leading the way downfield.

With the Dolphins having arguably the most talented duo of wide receivers in the league, Miami doesn’t have a problem at the position moving forward, but that hasn’t stopped the team from looking into bringing in another wideout.

According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are looking at Quez Watkins, who played the last four seasons in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Obviously, Watkins isn’t a big-name player at the wide receiver position, but he might be able to have some success playing off of Hill and Waddle downfield.

With the Dolphins flaming out in the NFL playoffs this past season, the team definitely needs to make some drastic moves to take the next step in order to compete with the likes of the Baltimore Ravens and defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.

As of right now, there’s no telling whether the Dolphins will be able to keep up with the heavyweights in the AFC, but they should have no trouble putting up points with the offense the team has in place.
