Clingan mentioned that Biden then asked for another photo, seemingly overlooking Coach Hurley. He also mentioned having difficulty understanding Biden’s speech.
“We took a picture with Joe Biden,” Clingan said. “He talked to us for about three minutes and then he asked for a picture again. He completely ignored Coach Hurley. You couldn’t understand what he was saying.”
