US OPEN FAN WEEK KICKS OFF AUGUST 19 WITH BLOCKBUSTER LINEUP OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR FANS, FAMILIES AND MORE

The US Open Fan Week is set to begin on August 19 with a lineup of exciting events and activities for tennis fans and families. From watching top players practice to enjoying fun activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy leading up to the US Open.

One of the key events is the new “US Open Mixed Madness presented by IHG Hotels & Resorts” mixed doubles competition. This unique event will feature four mixed doubles teams of current stars competing at Arthur Ashe Stadium for a chance to win $500,000 in prize money.

Additionally, the “Stars of the Open presented by Chase” exhibition will showcase past and present tennis icons in action. Fans can also indulge in delicious bites at the “Flavors of the Open presented by Dobel Tequila” food event featuring celebrity chefs.

Ticket proceeds from “Stars of the Open” and “Flavors of the Open” will benefit the USTA Foundation, supporting underserved communities.

The USTA has announced that the US Open Fan Week will take place from August 19-25 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, leading up to the start of the US Open Main Draw on August 26.

“This is the biggest and most exciting year yet for US Open Fan Week, and we hope everyone comes to enjoy a full week of world-class tennis and entertainment, all with free grounds admission to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center,” said US Open Tournament Director Stacey Allaster.
