Tyrese Haliburton caused quite a stir with the video he posted on social media in the early hours of the morning over the weekend.
The Pacers star’s message was to rapper 50 Cent, who secured his first-ever Las Vegas residency. The rapper has six concerts scheduled from the end of December through early January for New Year’s Eve.
So, after coming back from the club with three blondes while shirtless in the kitchen, Hali decided it was the perfect time to record a message for his buddy 50.
“Fif, what’s up, brother? Wanted to congratulate you on your Vegas Residency,” Haliburton said in the video. “You’ve always shown love, so I wanna show love back. Appreciate you. Congratulations. That’s a big, big honor. It’s 4 in the morning. I just got back from the club, but I got Nick, sir. I so loved my guy. Congratulations, brother. Keep going.”
Without knowing the context, this video looks super suss. One of the women is Haliburton’s girlfriend, Jade Jones, and the two other women appear to be her friends.
But, NBA Twitter doesn’t give two hoots about the context and have reacted in the most HILARIOUS way:

Tyrese Haliburton is clearly enjoying the offseason, after being part of the Team USA roster that won gold at the Olympics.
Hali was the team’s biggest cheerleader, since he didn’t actually take the court at all. It seems like he is still playing the role of hype man after his message to 50 Cent.
50 is definitely the rapper to be backing at this present moment, if you’re going to back any rapper, considering all the information and the lawsuits that has recently come to light about his peers, like P Diddy. Yikes.
