After stumbling through the first couple of weeks of the 2024 NFL season, the Chicago Bears have begun to find their stride as a team offensively.

The Bears flew overseas to London to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars and will be coming home with an impressive 35-16 victory that brings their record to 4-2.

It was a dominant performance on both sides of the field for Chicago who had no problem against a Jacksonville squad that looked dispirited and disjointed.

Fueling the win was Caleb Williams who has gotten more and more comfortable overseeing the offense.

The rookie sensation turned in a strong stat line of 226 yards and four touchdowns to go along with 56 rushing yards on just four carries.

Williams’ performance against the Jaguars had fans buzzing via Bleacher Report.

“Caleb Williams making a push for ROTY?!”

Fans are rightfully fired up about seeing Williams thrive on the field, though most people would still have Washington Commanders star rookie Jayden Daniels ahead in the early Rookie of the Year voting.

Daniels has been playing lights out from the jump, so it’s fair that Williams is considered the runner-up for now.

However, Williams’ rapid improvement is worth keeping an eye out on as he’s starting to show off the traits that made him the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

His creativity as a playmaker coupled with his arm talent and legs make him a truly gifted quarterback and it’ll be exciting to see him continue to develop and grow as the regular season wages on.
