East Team Roster for the 2024 Shrine Bowl
In addition to separating the players into two opposing teams, the 2024 Shrine Bowl continues to provide alignment-specific opportunities on offense and defense.
In the 2024 edition, the East team will operate out of 12 personnel — one running back, two tight ends, and two receivers — on offense while utilizing a 3-4 base defense for the defensive formation.

Chicago Bears special teams coordinator Mike Richard Hightower, a 16-year coaching veteran across five NFL teams, leads the East coaching staff.
His staff includes Drew Terrell as the offensive coordinator, Dave Borgonzi as the defensive coordinator, and Michael Ghobrial as the special teams coordinator.
