Gauff and Pegula Unveil Their Wimbledon Draw for 2024, Marking Their First Major Together

Gauff & Pegula Learn Draw For Their First Major In 2024 Together At Wimbledon

Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula will team up for the doubles event at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships. They have drawn their opponents for the tournament.

This will be their first Grand Slam of the season playing together. Their participation is uncertain after their withdrawal from the Australian Open due to Pegula’s early singles exit in Melbourne.

Seeded 11th, Gauff and Pegula will face the Ukrainian pair of Anhelina Kalinina and Dayana Yastremska. Both Americans will also compete in the singles event and are considered contenders for the title.

Pegula, aged 30, faced injuries in 2024, limiting their doubles appearances to just three tournaments.

Gauff and Pegula reached the quarterfinals in Indian Wells, their best result this season, but experienced early exits in Miami and Berlin.

Both players are uncertain about their long-term partnership beyond the Olympics in late July, with Pegula leaning towards focusing on singles.

Gauff has played with different partners due to Pegula’s injuries, achieving success with Siniakova by winning the French Open doubles earlier this month.
