The NBA Draft has been separated into two days in 2024 and we have the breakdown from Round 1.
The top ten of the 2024 NBA Draft is below:
1. Hawks: Zaccharie Risacher
2. Wizards: Alex Sarr
3. Rockets: Reed Sheppard
4. Spurs: Stephon Castle
5. Pistons: Ron Holland II
6. Hornets: Tidjane Salaun
7. Blazers: Donovan Clingan
8. Wolves: Rob Dillingham
9. Grizzlies: Zach Edey
10. Jazz: Cody Williams
Yet Another Frenchman, Zaccharie Risacher, was selected as the overall number one pick by the Hawks and safe to say, the French natives in the NBA were pretty happy about it.

Not everyone was happy though, including former NBA player Frank Mason III, who played with Risacher in a French comp.

The overall number two pick to the Wizards, Alexandre Sarr, also hails from France.
It has been quite a French takeover in the league this season, since the number one and two picks, plus the Rookie of the Year, Wemby, and the Defensive Player of the Year, Rudy Gobert, are French.
The number three pick to the Rockets, Reed Sheppard, is arguably the best shooter in this draft class since he made over 52 percent of his three-pointers at Kentucky.
