Greg Olsen Clears The Air About Him Not Liking 1 NFL Team

Greg Olsen Clears The Air About Him Not Liking 1 NFL Team

When an NFL star makes the transition to the broadcast booth for games, a lot of fans can start to turn on them from certain franchises, with some fan bases thinking former players aren’t fond of some teams.

This is a common occurrence, and at times, it may be true that a former NFL star holds grudges or doesn’t like a team for one reason or another.

Greg Olsen, who had a brilliant NFL career as a tight end, is now one of the best broadcasters out there for FOX Sports, but he still gets his fair share of criticism from fans that think he doesn’t like their team.

According to Olsen, who made an appearance on The Morning Roast on 95.7 The Game, believes that 49ers fans think he doesn’t like the franchise in San Francisco, which he claims is far from the truth.

On Saturday, the 49ers will get back to work after enjoying a week off due to locking up the No. 1 seed in the NFC and having a first-round bye in the NFL playoffs, as they’ll play host to the Green Bay Packers, who pulled off perhaps the biggest upset of the postseason thus far by taking down the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

Ironically enough, Olsen will be calling the game between the Packers and 49ers on Saturday, which is bound to be put under the microscope by fans in San Francisco if they genuinely believe he doesn’t like the franchise.

The 49ers will come into this game as heavy favorites to come out on top at their home field of Levi’s Stadium in order to advance to the NFC Championship Game.
